I have not received my order

How annoying that your order has not arrived yet! Once you have received the shipping confirmation, it is up to the postal service to deliver your order as soon as possible.

I don't have a Track & Trace
Have you chosen a delivery address within the Netherlands? Then wait at least 5 working days. Is it an order to Belgium? Then wait at least 8 business days before contacting customer service.

I do have a Track & Trace
If you have received a T&T in the shipping confirmation and it does not show a clear delivery time, please contact our customer service. We can then contact DHL or PostNL to resolve this for you.
