For all orders, if ordered before 5 p.m. on weekdays, it will be shipped the same business day. After that, it is in the hands of the delivery service. In general, shipments within the Netherlands are delivered the next working day. Delivery time to Belgium is between 2 and 5 business days. There are some exceptions and we have listed them for you below.
- PostNL does not deliver mail on Sundays and Mondays.
- During heavy traffic, delivery may take longer. Around the holidays or Black Friday for example.
- We are closed on public holidays and orders are processed the next business day.
- You have chosen a different delivery date.
